Job Description
Our employees will be given a customer route and a debrief at the start of the day, and then they will work independently all day to complete the scheduled customers for the day. We work Monday to Fridays, every week of the year except for Christmas Week.
Employees will drive to the customer’s house, and provide a variety of services depending on what the customer has signed up for. Our services include scooping dog waste into a bucket, replacing and sanitizing dog waste buckets, spraying yard sanitization/smell removal, and spraying chemical-free mosquito repellent (in the warmer months.)
Experience
No previous experience in waste removal is needed. Must enjoy working outdoors, and experience in customer service or working with dogs is a bonus.
You will be required to provide a driver’s abstract and a criminal record check upon hiring.
Training
We will provide comprehensive training for all of our employees, including hazard training for sanitary waste removal. We provide our employees with daily customer route lists and all necessary equipment and tools needed for the job, including a company vehicle.

• is able to follow directions and comply with company procedures in a timely manner
• is responsible, reliable and customer service focused, with good communication skills
• has a valid Drivers’ License (you will be required to provide your driver’s abstract as part of the application)
• is comfortable and capable of driving the company vehicle in rural and urban settings, in every weather
• is physically fit; able to lift 50lbs, stand for long periods of time
• willing to work in all weather conditions (we scoop every month of the year)
• MOST IMPORTANTLY you love dogs and are passionate about their health and safety
